Failed the 1 hour - With a question....
How nice of them to notify me three weeks later. Glad I had a prenatal appointment b/c then who knows when I would have been notified!
The dr said the number was 159 whatever that means. Have any of you laides had a number around this and went on to pass or fail the test in the 3 hour portion?
I'm so mad this is just now being brought to my attention.

Sorry you failed. Did they say why they didn’t call you?
I THINK 140 is the borderline. I can’t recall my exact # but I wanna say I was around the 150 mark maybe and I passed the 3 hour one with flying colors. When are you taking your 3 hour test? The 3 hours isn’t really that horrible, it’s more boring. So just bring something with you like a book.

I can't believe they waited that long to notify you! My doctor wanted me to take the 3 hour within a week of the 1 hour.
I failed the 1 hour by 1 point, but passed the 3 hour.

Thanks ladies.
Who knows Jill, it was a huge SNAFU on their part. So now I haev to rush to get the 3 hour done.
It won't be this weekend, that's for sure.

I had like 160 - 167... can't remember.
but I also then failed the 3 hour.
i'm surprised they didn't call to let you know your results.
I'm so sorry you have to take the 3 hour. good luck!!

yes me too! i had to take the 3 hour asap.... they didn't even want a week to go by.
it's important if you have GD to get it under control asap.

That's insane that it took this long to get the results.
I passed the one hour with Jack and failed it with Tyler. I don't remember my numbers but that I failed by like one point or something crazy like that.
I passed the three hour thank god!

I'm so mad this is just now being brought to my attention.
I failed the one hour with a 162 and then passed the three hour test with no problem. I didn't alter my diet at all.

How annoying!!!
I took my test on Monday, but had a doc's appt that Thursday. That's when they told me I failed by 2 points. No one called me before the appt even though the results are apparently next day.
I went in the next Thursday morning for the 3 hour and PASSED - but this time I called the office the next day myself. The guy at the lab gave me the phone number for the main lab location, but told me that they wouldn't be able to give me the results, but could tell me if they sent the results to my doc so I knew they definitely had it. He knew I wanted the results before Memorial Day weekend.
So, I took the 3-hr at 8am Thursday, the results were sent by the lab to my doc at around 7:30am Friday. I called the doc at around noon and they told me the good news over the phone.

Failed 1 hour with 170 and passed the 3 hour with "great" numbers as per doctor.
I didn't alter my diet - I actually went on an all inclusive vacation right before taking the test.
