Failed my one hour by a lot - and question

My fasting glucose was 66 and an hour after the drink it was 167 !

Has this big of a jump happened to anyone else?

Thanks - I was all set that I was going to pass, the nurse told me with my fasting numbers she had no doubt - but, when the numbers came in - she just had this look on her face!

I just scheduled my 3 hour for next Weds - hopefully the results from that will be better!

Mine was like that too... actually my numbers after the test was a little higher 169. I passed the three hour with flying colors. This was at 8 weeks - they saw my sugars high in a random test and told me I needed to take the test early.

I just re-did the one hour last week (25 weeks) and failed again This time my number was 149. I take the three hour again tomorrow morning... Hopefully I have the same outcome.

I wouldn't get to upset yet. Lots of girls fail the one hour and pass the three hour no problem. I thought I had no chance! For them to be concerned about my sugars at 8 weeks from a random blood test, then fail the one hour by a good amount... I thought I was done for, lol. But then I passed the three hour!! Good luck!!

ive heard that alot of girls can fail the first test but they pass the second, so there is hope!

I failed my one hour by 165 and passed my three hour. I hope you do to!

Thanks girls! Just the look on the nurses faces when my results popped up made me feel like I was doomed!
