Failed my 1 hr...
155 was the number so now I have to take the 3 hour.
I'll probably fail that right? Has anyone failed the 1 hr but passed the 3 hr?

I know plenty of women who failed the one hour, but passed the three. My sister was one of them.

Most people who fail the 1 hour pass the 3 hour. That's a pretty low number still, so I wouldn't get too worried about it. Just take it as it comes. Did you take it fasting or have breakfast that morning? It could be as simple as that you had some orange juice that morning.

I ate nothing that morning. The night before I had cereal and some chips before bed. Bleh.

I failed the 1 hour with a 155 too. That was my exact number. I think you will pass the 3 hour. A couple of reasons why I think so.
I failed the 3 hour (also by just a few points). But I had oral surgery the day before my test. I had stitches and a lot of swelling and pain, I couldn't even move my lips to talk much. That stress and the fact that my body was trying to heal itself/keep off infection... it raises your blood sugar level. So I probably would have passed.
Also, since I failed the 3 hour and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes... I am testing 4 to 7 times a day and I have never had a problem. When I got sick the second week (once again my body was fighting off infection, and I had stress of being sick) I had some unexplained high fasting numbers and one or two high after dinner numbers. Once I took antibiotics for that, I have never had a high number again. I was definitely misdiagnosed because I eat worse now than I have eaten before I was told I had GD and I stopped exercising when I was told I had GD and despite not following a diet or exercise plan- my numbers are always perfect with no other gd factors either (the baby is a normal average weight, i have normal blood pressure, etc etc.)
so don't worry you will do fine!!
