face cream for a beginner (spinoff question)
Some background: I'm 25 and have no real skin regimen to speak of. I put moisturizer on before I put foundation or powder on, but I hardly ever wear makeup so that doesn't happen too often. I have super dry skin in the winter but don't really do anything for it aside from using a humidifier so it doesn't get worse.
Can someone recommend a face cream or moisturizer for me? Preferably not too expensive (i.e. under $25ish for a month's worth)

When I was in my early-mid 20's I used a Mary Kay regimine for a few years.
for the past few years, I have been using Boscia oil free SPF 15 daily moisturizer. It's about $30 from ulta or sephora.

St. Ives Collagen Elastin moisturizer is hands down the best I have ever used. I will never use anything else. My mother uses it and easily looks close to 20 years younger than her age. Less is best in my book.
