Re: Extreme nausea
i had this and it stunk - i never got sick, not until a couple of times in my third tri, but it was still awful.
i found that eating carbs was the only thing that helps - sweets, to be specific. might be why i gained 40 lbs
try ginger ale, lemon water, lemon candies. they also sell "preggie pops" at BRU but i have no idea what is in them.
i felt much better by 9 or 10 weeks

Re: Extreme nausea
I found what helps me is to always have food in your stomach. As soon as I did not eat for a few hours I started dry heaving. It was horrible. Just force yourself to eat small things. I picked on a lot of fruit and granola bars helped a lot since I was soo sick of crackers.

Thats exactly how I felt! I was miserable! Now that I am constantly eating small things I feel like I am controlling it much better. You cant go without eating or eat too much. Gingerale helped too.
