Not sure they actually gave the disease a name...it affects their kidneys, and digetive systems...all the kids were on feeding tubes because they bodies identify foods as something that is bad and their body attacks it.
Their dad was going through college to get a medical research degree so he can help in the search for helping what condition these kids have
Ty told him tghat CVS is going to pay for the rest of his tuition and will also pay for ALL medical bills
Such a deserving family--the parents are so young and dealing with 4 kids who they are not sure will make it to adults...supposedly this is not heriditary, but they do not get why all 4 kids have it...apparently it is heridatary in some sense
