Extreme Exhaustion and low b12.....normal??

Hi everyone! I am 14 weeks, and I am away this week on vacation. All week I have been experiencing extreme exhaustion....I can barely keep my eyes open some of the time. I was referred to a hematologist due to elevated platelet levels, and was called yesterday from the hematologist telling me I need to come in for B12 injections due to a defiency. Not sure if anybody has needed this also? I am wondering if this is normal pregnancy or due to the b12 defiency? I have been tired the whole first tri but not this tired. I am a walking lump!!!

Extreme Exhaustion and low b12.....normal??

When this happened to me during my last pregnancy, my iron was dangerously low. They put on a prescription iron pill and the exhaustion went away. I mean, I was tired, but nothing major like I was before going on iron pills. Just normal pregnancy tiredness!

i told my hemlo i was feeling super tired as well and they checked my iron and i am anemic and they put me on pills

if it does not go up i am getting it through a iv

i have def heard of b 12 shots giving somene more energy

hope it is just what u need
