Extra Energy!
Let me preface this with i haven't had the exhaustion that everyone talks about...i wish i had SOME of it - maybe then i'd sleep....BUT...
My normal Sunday during NFL season consists of sitting on my couch, laptop on lap, watching the Red Zone Channel (all games).... For the past 2 weeks, i've had this BURST of energy....like, nah, you are NOT sitting around doing NOTHING....
last week - i cleaned out my closet, drawers and organized all the baby clothes we have...
this week -i've done like 5 loads of laundry to surprise Dave (laundry is normally his Sunday night job)...
I also feel a bit hyper! Is this okay????

Can you send some of that my way?  I seriously feel like I got hit by a truck. The act of showering makes me so tired that I need a nap! I'm amazed that during the week I am able to function and get to work, but on the weekends I have a hard time getting off of the couch!

TRUST ME - you don't want it this way!!! No matter how late i go to bed - i'm up early... Example - yesterday - we went to Long Island, came home late and finally crawled into bed at 3:30 - i was STILL up at 8:15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I managed to get back to sleep until 9:15...but it still BITES...i miss sleep so bad!

Ahhh..I wish I had that!!!!! I have 26 people for Thanksgiving on Thursday and I've only gotten washing the bedding for 2nd guest bedroom where my sister/bil and nephew will be staying. Can you say L-A-Z-Y???
DH just got back from doing the rest of the grocery shopping (I Peapod'ed the majority) and I didn't even help put anything away... baaaaad wife!
I'm very lucky my cleaning lady is coming on Wednesday, otherwside I'd be  to have people here!

I am not hyper but compared to the exhaustion of a few weeks ago.. I am bouncing off the walls.
I am almost 13 weeks and I feel like the fog is lifted. I can stay up until 10pm.. rather than 8 pm. It is wonderful. I do take the occasional nap and still get zonked around 1pm after lunch..
But, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

i feel like you do some of the time. i feel like i waver from totally energized to totally exhausted... and i can never predict where i'm going to be at any given time.
i am also having trouble sleeping... which was the story of my last pregnancy, so i am bracing myself this time around...
