Extended BF'ers... when did you stop producing milk?
I stopped almost a month ago-- Sasha self-weaned at 17 months.
Anyway, every now and then I still get the pain of a slight let down. It's not the same as when I was EBF, but it is just an ache in the boob area. Also-- if I squeeze  , a little milk will come out.
When I stopped, it was cold turkey. She only nursed for really a few mins AM and PM-- probably more habitual than anything.

I nursed for a year and I stopped within a few days. I totally expected to produce for a while.. but, I didn't at all.

My DD was still BF though only slightly when she was 3 and I was pregnant with #2 and I was still producing milk.
