A few questions:
Does anyone have experience with noise ordinance (specifically dogs) and especially some type of light ordinance?

If someone puts up commercial grade bright white lights on their house that are strong enough to shine 2 houses (and in your bedroom) away what would you do?

Could this abnormal lighting affect the value of my house?
