Experience with formula manufacturer coupons
Unfortunately we used a $14 coupon on 2 containers of formula and ended up having to return the second one which was still unopened after 1 days use the because we felt ds was very gassy/fussy on it. Anyone have experience calling the manufacturer and letting them know what happened and see if they'll send another one. Just wondering if its worth a shot...
--it was gerber soothe that didnt work so we went back to gerber gentle so we would still benefit from a new coupon
btw- noone takes back opened formula, right? i wouldnt really expect them too- just asking.

I don't know about the manufacturer question but it doesn't hurt to ask!
As for opened formula, I have brought back formula to costco and they have the best return policy... They take back anything lol

The store had to give you back the whole price though. If the formula is $20 and you used $10 coupon, the store should give you $20 back ( taking that the coupon was a manufacture coupon).

ITA, we've returned formula a few times and they always gave us back the regular price. The coupons and checks we used we still got credit for.
It can't hurt to call the manufacturer and they may send you out a new can of formula to replace the opened one you have at home.

I definitely think they will send you more coupons. I hadn't been getting similac coupons for a while, so I called the company and they did send me a few. Give it a try!

You can def call the manufacturer and they will send you coupons. As well, stores do take back unopened formula. I have returned formula to Target and Babies R Us as well. (we're on the 4th formula).

thanks everyone- i wll try today (and thanks for the info on returning). im annoyed that target didnt give us back all the money- next time i will be telling them that we should be getting back the full price
