Exhaustion...
Any way to combat this? Having a LO at home already males this time around even more exhausting. We can have 1 cup of coffee per day. Is thatall? Do you find any special vitamins or anything to help with energy??

Exhaustion...
my first, but at this point at 32w I am so tired all the time. ugh. didn't find anything to fight it with. coffee def doesn't help. taking a walk usually gives me a pick me up. also tried last week eating peanut butter with apple slice that actually helped with my eyes closing on their own.
we can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day so that is def more than 1 cup unless u have ur coffee really really strong

Re: Exhaustion...
It is definitely hard with a LO. With DS - he's watched a lot of TV these past few weeks - no choice - 2:00 comes and my eyes are closing no matter what - then I just push through till bed time. Take cat naps when you can - even if you can get a sitter for a short time or something.

Re: Exhaustion...
It's def much harder when you have a LO to take care of. This is dc#3 for me and I found the first trimester this time to be very difficult. I did let my kids watch more tv than I would normally do. I'm 21 weeks now and I started to feel better around 15 weeks, still exhausted at night but at least I'm functioning during the day. Feel Better!

Exhaustion...
It's hard! I have a almost 8 month old and very pregnant. Oatmeal raisin cookies give me that boost I need(ones from McDonalds).
