I want to take a spin class. Will wearing a sports bra or exercise top be okay?

I found it A LOT easier to excerise "on empty". I know it's not always possible - but it made things much more comfortable.

Exercise while BFing
I have been exercising for the last two weeks. I wear a sports bra and my supply has not been affected. I just try to make sure that I nurse my son right before I go.

Totally fine. If you wore a sports bra 24/7 that may be an issue, but just for working out it definitely won't be a problem.
I agree that you should nurse or pump before though. It's pretty uncomfortable if you're full.

Exercise while BFing
I cannot tolerate a sports bra. It causes so much discomfort. I have a large bust and I have not been able to do high impact exercise because of the pain I get from just a short time in a tight bra even immediately after feeding. I would say try it out before committing to a class.
