Exercise during Pregnancy
I was wondering what exercises are ok vs should be avoided during pregnancy?
I would like to try to stay in shape during pregnancy.

My Dr. told me everything was fine except for heavy lifting and ab work (after the 4th month.) There are some great prenatal workout tapes from amazon that you can check out to get a sense of what is safe during pregnancy.

Try prenatal yoga! There are tons of classes around town and DVD's if you want to do it in the privacy of your living room
