exercise ball?
i read somewhere that bouncing on an exercise ball can help move the baby down, has anyone that has BTDT tried this before or know someone that has? I am 38 weeks and as of my last appointment, he's still comfy up there so I just want to see if I can help move things along! TIA!

I had one and it didn't help with moving him (as he was breech anyway) but it really helped with BH and minor contractions that I did have.

Re: exercise ball?
I could not live without mine. When the baby is in a bad spot I bounce or do hip circles and the baby moves to a better position. I have been on it everyday for weeks. My baby was breech so I would go on twice a day and ice the top of my tummy while bouncing or doing hip circles. Baby has since flipped and is head down. At my 36w apt the doctor said the baby was low really low and was surprised it was that low lol so I think it's doing something.

exercise ball?
Yup, I got myself to go into labor this way. I sat on a yoga/exercise ball and did hula hoop rotations... 10 left, then 10 right, then bounce lightly for 2 minutes. I did that for two hours on a Tuesday evening. Went into labor just about 24 hours later. Of course, I was 39 weeks 4 days when I did it. So it may have been a coincidence, but if you look at a pic of me from a few days earlier, DD was HIGH HIGH up so it was a pretty sudden descent. I had been 3 cm and 75% though at 39 w so again I don't know if it was the yoga ball or a coincidence.
I had googled it and saw a few videos online which is why I tried it. Since pineapple, spicy food, and eggplant wasn't working.
