Exercise after transfer?
I'm scheduled for my FET on Thursday  I'm wondering what everyone's RE says about exercising after the transfer??? I *think* my RE said last time that I could resume normal exercise in 2 weeks, did everyone get the same answer?

I wouldn't exercise until at very least the beta.. although I'd truthfully lay low till the 6wk sono  and then ask my questions again at that point!!

I was told lay low that day, but i could resume normal activity the next day. I was told that exercise would not effect them sticking.

THIS. I think many RE's say that it's safe but IMHO..after the emotional, physical and financial toll of having gone through IVF...why risk that something could go wrong?

I was told to act as if, which means not getting my heart rate over 140bpm.

Thanks ladies. I think I will wait until my beta to play it safe. Regardless of what they say, I will be on bedrest for the first 2 days to get this sucker to stick!

I was given the "ok" to exercise at 6.5 weeks after my first u/s, but decided to wait until the second one at 8.5 weeks because I was nervous.
