Excited and Nervous...TTC #3
DH has been telling me he's getting a vasectomy. He would love a 3rd child but he thinks he's getting old (he'll only be 33) and he's worried about finances.
Anyway, the other day he told me that he'll make a deal with me. We can try until the end of the year to get pregnant and if it works then we'll have our #3 if not then he can get the vasectomy. He said this way we can say we tried and it didn't work.
I am so excited and nervous at the same time.
Not really sure if this belongs here but I needed to share with someone 
Any advice from those with 3+...I'd love to hear it all.
DS#1 is 3yrs7mnths & DS#2 2yrs5mnths

ETA: Reasoning is finances and his age- but he's 37! 33 is YOUNG!

My dh thought he was humoring me by saying we could try for #3. I'm due end of next month

Yes I agree 33 is young...he can be a PITA  He said lets try and I didn't think twice. Giddy Up! 
Best of luck to you ladies too. I was just so shocked to hear him on board that I had to share. I guess all my nagging paid off.

33 is hardly old. I'd have him think twice about TTC for a mere 6 months before committing to an irreversible procedure. What if he has a change of heart in 5,10 years (which STILL wouldn't be old)?

I just had # 3 at 35. To be honest with you the transition from 2-3 has by far been the easiest. My children are all 33-34 months a part. Good luck

We were on the fence about a 3rd and then surprise here we are!

DH was 36 when we had #1, will be 38 with #2 and I hope to eventually go for a third.

I do not think 33 is old...DH says he feel too old
I'd have more children later in life if I could...heck I wouldn't stop having them
