exchanging at Carter's outlet
Does anyone know how the DP outlet is about exchanges? I like the stuff we got but a lot of it is in the size DD is in now, and I'd like to get the next size up if they have the same stuff. No one gave us receipts at Xmas and I feel bad asking extended family. If I can't get the same item I'd be fine with store credit. Just not sure what to expect.

You will get a store credit for whatever the current price of the item is. Unfortunately the whole store is 50-70% off. You would be able to exchange it for the size up no problem as long as they have it.
Also, it's not really an outlet store. You can go to any of them, they're all the same.

Thanks! DP is the closest to me, that's why I want to go there. I know the prices are the same haha
