Exchanges at BRU with no receipt
has anyone done this? I want to exchange (for more expensive item) an item I got, but have no receipt.
Do you think they will give me a hard time?

I was there a couple weeks ago helping my SIL register and the lady said that the policy is much stricter, however they will allow exhanges with no receipt for $20 and under. I'm sure if it's your first time, they will not give you a hard time at all. It's an exchange.

i never had a problem exchanging without a receipt. but most of the time i save my bru receipts

I have not returned anything there yet.....I guess I'll give it a try, they are very friendly at the one near me. I guess if I tell them I want to spend more money on another item, that might entice them

I know they are changing their policy just not sure when. They are def going to be getting a lot stricter.
