When did your Dr. say it was okay to start excercising - specifically Sit ups!

I started 3 weeks after - moderate exercise. It really depends on how well you're feeling after surgery - dont go crazy!

wiat for the 6 weeks.... your sutures will be completely absorbed and the strenght of your abdominal wall is a little bit tougher at this point. :)

3 months.
I started earlier, about 6 weeks, with pilates. I recommend you wait it out - I was a little too enthusiastic and popped a stitch as a result
