EXCELLENT web site on fitness and nutrition
I subscribe to Oxygen magazine, and just realized that they have forums on their website. There's a bunch of people that REALLY know what they're talking about. You can learn all about eating "clean", how many calories you should be eating, all about working out, training principles, etc.

It worked for me.
It is interesting, they seem to have a lot of knowledge, but I get a general feeling of disdain for anyone not as active as them.

Hmmmm.... I just tried the link and it worked for me. If you to the website for Oxygen magazine, you'll see where to click for forums.
And Heather, I wouldn't dare post on those boards, even knowing as much as I know. Some of those people are a little crazed, and opinionated!
