Ever wish you had the ability to kick your own arse!?
this morning I realized that I left ALL of the milk I pumped yesterday out in my bag. ALL OF IT. and I hardly have any frozen. then I realize that I only have 2 oz of supplemental formula left. he didn't have enough milk for the day. 
thankfully my MIL is going to DR to pick up some more formula to make up the 2 missing oz if need be.
but I am just so mad. this is the second time I've done this. and I have production issues as it is.  
then, of course, I left my phone home and got on an extremely crowded and delayed train filled with loud ghetto bangers. a 20 minute trip took 45.
I have no breakfast and I finished my coffee on said train ride, so I am totally out of sorts here at my desk 
maybe that is my punishment...he does 't have milk so I can't have coffee
anyway, I am just so ANGRY now. I need to get it out but my big fat leg won't reach around to my bum! 
anyway, I needed to vent. THANKS!

Wasting BM is the worst!!!
I almost cried when I knocked over an 8oz bottle one morning. I had to pull back the tears.

oh, something else I just noticed.
when I ironed my shirt this morning (button down with pockets with flaps over the breasts) I must have ironed the pocket flaps UP b/c now it looks like my breasts have sprouted wings and want to take flight

ugh I feel for you. It's the worst feeling. I left out 12 oz of bm last week and I just did it again the other day
