Evenflo SmartSteps exersaucer...problem.

We have this Exersaucer...does anyone else have it - you know the round balls with the springs inside, I guess that's what makes it bounce? Well my dad took them off Chat Icon because he thought it was a decoration and it was dangerous Chat Icon Chat Icon and now the springs keep popping off - NOW it's dangerous! We screwed them back in tight but I feel nervous about it now..

Has anyone ever had any problem with them popping off? I don't know if it is because my dad messed with it or it's just doing it.

the springs on ours didn't 'screw' - but attached...and what i mean by that is that they clicked or something - like you had to loop one end onto the thing and do the same on the other end...

does that make sense AT ALL??

yup, that's how we set it up. Didn't screw on, but kinda clocked in the plastic star part that covers it.

I never had an issue with the springs at all. DS has been using it for almost 4 months now. Totally loves it! He can play in it for a long time and never gets bored with it

Yes. I had the exact same problem. I was sooo upset because it was sooo dangerous. I called evenflo and they walked me through it. I realized that my domes were not locked in place. (The lines have to match up). Hope that makes sense?
