ET- time off?

Did you take the next day off work after ET? I get my instructions tomorow so my dr may tell me i need to or it don't need to but wanted to see what others have done. I have a desk job and sit for most of the day so being on my feet isn't an issue but i'm confined to a desk chair position all day.

I was told that I could go to work afterwards. I did that after the first transfer, but took the whole day off for the other 2. Went back to work the next day.
