Estrogen Levels a Little High
Hi. I just got my CD3 blood work results and they said everything looks good except that my estrogen levels were a little high. They said that I could be getting ready to release an egg. Does this sound right? I was supposed to go in Monday to monitor my body's progress to Clomid and then get ready for the my first IUI later next week, but they want me to go in on saturday now to monitor it. I have short and very regular cycles (26 days). I start Clomid tonight.

WHile it is true that estrogen will rise ehen you are abput to release an egg...No..it does not sound right that on CD 3 you are getting ready to release an egg IMHO. Depending upon how high your estrogen level is..it sounds to me like you might have a cyst. Did they say anything about that?

Thank you for responding. No, they said everything looked good on the sono and the only issue with my blood was the elevated estrogen. I dont get it.
