Estrogen help
Ok ladies I need some help -
to bring on AF, I have to decrease my estrogen level which is still high from the delestrogen shots.
What can I take? What can I drink? There has to be a tea or something!

Re: Estrogen help
I know you're going to hate me for saying this but you just need to be patient..... I know it stinks waiting for AF but I don't think you have much of a choice unless they put you on Provera (I think that's what the med is called) - which I think an RE would only do if you have a problem with getting AF but not to accelarate things

Re: Estrogen help
I had a chemical last week and still haven't had AF. Went in for bloods yesterday and the reason why no AF is because estrogen is high preventing LH and FSH to start ovulatory cycle. No, Dr. B. didn't give me anything for it. I've been on Provera before and won't take it again because of the side effects I experienced. Just thought I'd ask here, as I figured there might be someone who suffers from estrogen dominance that would have some natural rememdies to reduce estrogen.
Patience is obvi not one of my strong suits.
