My DS is 7 weeks old but he's pretty big, he's 12lbs and like 25inches long. I feel like when I put him in the insert he is too scrunched up and his legs don't fit in the carrier. I feel like maybe he's too big for the insert? But i don't think he could go without it bc he needs to head support. Help! Am I doing something wrong?
