enV CELL PHONE!
Say my razor plan is not done yet. I get a enV off ebay. Can i activate the enV in place of the razor on the same number?
If so would this be expensive?

yes, you can get a new phone anytime you want. your contract is for service with that company, not for a particular phone.
If you have verizon, you can do it for free on their website or pay $20 for them to do it in the store.
What are you doing with your old phone? FM me if you are planning to get rid of it.
