Enhanced Star
Anyone know where I can get an application for the Enhanced Star? The NY tax website doesn't seem too helpful.
Also, anyone know the income maximum? My dad just retired and I think my parents might qualify. they are already getting the regular STAR. they're in Nassau County, if that matters.

Enchanced Star is on the same form is regular rebate.

From the FAQ section:
one resident must be 65 by Dec 31
call 1-888-NYSTAR5 for the current income standard.
