Embarrassing question..will delete soon. I am 30 weeks and .....
...I feel like I am "leaking" lately. I know that discharge can be kind of thick, but it's not that.
I wake up in the morning and it's like I trickled out some substance. It happens during the day, too.
I don't remember having this the first time.
any insight?

Like when you would wake up and AF had made her appearance during the night, unannounced.
... And yes, I get often and it's gross.

Not sure but my OB does tell me at every appt. to give a call if I felt any fluids, so for peace of mind maybe you should mention it to them

Some of it is probably sweat, believe it or not. It can also be some of your mucus plug. It regenerates for a while until it's "time". But it's all definitely normal.

This always make me run to the bathroom because I am paranoid, unfortunately it happens a lot! It did with my DD as well.

It's normal. Just wear a pad/pantyliner. I started doing that a couple of weeks ago because it just started getting gross down there...lol
