mine was too, so I emailed twice. Both got bounced back, but he responded soon after anyway.

Yep! me as well... they are all getting bounced back.. so I sent again.
he did end up responding though... so he must be getting them after they seem to bounce back. 
I wonder if he knows???
I'm glad I'm not the only one emailing him twice each time!
