Elmo Themed Birthday Party

Having an Elmo Birthday party for my DS who will be 2 next month!

We are sending out the invites later this week. We have a nice size backyard and plan on having a pool party.

My SIL made all the awesome invitations herself, envelopes and goodybags. They came out awesome.

Now just need some decoration advise for outside, what to put in the goodybags and anything else.
Most likely will get the cake at Stop N Shop. They do a great job with cakes.

Any advise or pics?

Party city makes cute custom banner pretty cheap.
Maybe do elmo tumbler cups for the kids
