elliptical question
we have a nordic trac elliptical.
can anyone tell me what the distance stands for? In 25 minutes i do 2000- what did i actually do?

RPM? Maybe its how many completed rotations you did in that time..

If you look up nordiac track .com they have the manuals you need the serial numberalso there is a customer service number you can call and ask them.
