Elliptical Machine
Who uses one?
I ask because I found a setting on the one I use at my gym today and it beat the crap out of me!
I love it!

I use it most of the time for my cardio. I usually use the interval setting and then I'll change directions so I mix it up a bit.
What setting did you use?

It was called reverse...and every two minutes in mid stride you would have to stop and go in the reverse mode. It was hard to try and stop it that quickly.

I love it, I bought one for my room, and the 30 minutes goes so quickly on it. Treadmill was too much concentrating for me to run in a straight line

I am thinking of purchasing one. I use to love using it when i was going to the gym. But, I have a question, are the pedals manual? I seem to remember that the elliptical at the gym was plugged to an electrical outlet, was that only for the screen?

30 mins?? you go girl.. I can barely do 10 mins.. it's the best machine.. I totally love it..

Keep at it Jennifer! Last week I was having the hardest time doing ten minutes (which is the minimum amount of time you can set the machine for). Then I was ok doing the ten minutes but was struggling to even move my legs enough for the cool down.
This morning I actually added minutes to make it to 15! I was so proud of myself! If I can do it, so can you!
