Egg yolk at 7 mo?
My PED said I can start giving DS egg yolk, not the white part. I remember I started with DD at 9 mo. Hs anyone started eggs this early ?
I feel like he is telling me to start new foods earlier now, including yo baby yogurt, with my DD we started at 8 mo , with DS he said it was ok at 6 mo. Ds just turned 7 mo.

Yes I started at 6 months, but my baby threw up every time I gave it to her so I stopped for now. No harm in trying. Eggs yolks are great for brain development.

At 6 months my DD had scrambled eggs (whole egg), yogurt, cheese, and we started trying all other table foods too. Soft things like meatballs, pasta, shredded chicken, pancakes, etc.
We have no family history of food allergies on either side so I wasn't nervous to try new things with her. Do what you feel comfortable with. Every baby's tolerances and needs are different, there is no one right answer.

Egg yolk at 7 mo?
I gave DS the entire egg at 6 months. And he also had other things that had egg in them before that so I figured the whole egg would be fine.
Never waited for the OK from my Dr about eggs.

Egg yolk at 7 mo?
I gave eggs to DS around 6-7 months.
Our ped said the guidelines recently changed and they can have anything at 6 months except for honey (risk of botulism).
