egg salad.second? can I sprinkle paprika on top to make it look pretty?
I think my mom use to but I cant remember

I think it'll be fine, but I wouldn't personally do it. I get really sleeved if salads aren't super fresh, so I'd make it the day of or night before if at all possible.

Me too. You can definitely make the eggs ahead of time, but I'd actually make the salad the morning of.

thanks all. I ended up boiled/peeled the eggs prior to leaving for work and I'll put it together tonight or in the AM
