Egg question...
I took 2 eggs out of the fridge this morning because I was going to make muffins.
I have yet to get around to it.
How long can you leave eggs on the counter before you would throw them away and not use them?

Re: Egg question...
Room temperature ingredients are supposed to be better for baking anyway, so I think you're fine. A few hours shouldn't hurt.

Oh yeah, the reason I took them out was to get them to room temperature for the muffins.
I guess my question was more of a "how long is too long" type of question!
