eek! First showing tomorrow!
So I guess someone must have liked what they saw. We have our first showing tomorrow morning. I am so nervous. I know these things take months most of the time, but supposedly the potential buyer has been looking for a unit in our complex and her agent has tried to contact ALL of the other listing agents for the other three bedroom units for sale and no one returned her call
Fingers crossed she likes it! I know I am dreaming, but wouldn't it be great if she made an offer tomorrow and we liked it and then we could be out by the summer?

My friend sold her house after her first showing. Like you, the person was looking to get into their neighborhood. So, you never know! Good luck.
