Re: Eden Resorts (PA)
We went the weekend of Hurricane Irene so we ended up leaving early. But the little time we did spend at the water zone area was great. They had a blast. We had kids 2, 3, 5 and 6 and they all loved it. We definitely want to go back. Oh and Eden was so great with refunding us b/c we had to leave early. We left Friday night around 8pm --w/o us even asking they refunded 1/2 the Friday rate and the full Saturday rate.

Re: Eden Resorts (PA)
We went last June and this past December. Both were great experiences. DD LOVED the water area. They will love it and the new pool area is great too.

Re: Eden Resorts (PA)
We where booked to go last summer, but I'm PG and my M/S was just to bad. My DH friends where booked the same week and they went. So from their point of view, they said it was wonderful and had a great time. They have a 7 year old son.

Re: Eden Resorts (PA)
We went last summer. We had a suite. The room was clean, the hotel was really nice, and the kids had fun in the water zone.
However. Lol. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. They were loud, but not loud enough. I thought it was an alarm clock, and it didn't wake me up soon enough. No one in the hotel called us or knocked on the door. I called the front desk because when I finally heard the alarm I didn't know why. They told us they were looking for the source, or fire. I asked if we should leave, they said if you want to.
I just didn't think it was handled well at all, and in the event of a real fire, I would be afraid to stay there.
Also, it wasn't close to anything. The fulton steamboat was right by DW. I would probably stay there next time.

Re: Eden Resorts (PA)
thank you for all the replies... we stayed at willow valley last year and the rooms were very musty.
the inside pool area we couldn't go to because all the kids wanted to go down the water slide and none were tall enough, and when you are dealing with 1 autistic child who doesn't understand fully why, it makes it so much harder on the others...
the only down side i see is there is no golfing... or at least none that i saw on the site...
thanks though.. i think we are going to stay there this year.

Re: Eden Resorts (PA)
We went last year with my 1.5 year old DS and loved it. I'm sure he would Love it even more this year since I wouldn't have to follow him around the water zone area. The hotel was great, room very nice and clean, outlets and DW a short drive away. I would def recommend it.
