Eczema moms - Rx Hydrocortisone users !!

AJ was given some samples of something called Locoid Lipocream (which is hydrocortixone butyrate 0.1%). It seems to be working.


I just don’t want to put it on her too much but if I forget omg her skin gets so red and painful. So if you use it…

When do you put hydrocortisone on (after bath? As it comes up? Every day?) and how often?

I used that on my son for ezcema when he was younger. I would only use it to spot treat the ezcema patches when they popped up. I would lather him daily in eucerin calming cream to help avoid the flare ups.

I put it on right before going to sleep. And if during the day she scratches, I put some on her as well.
