EBF vs. BF and pumping? Which burns more calories?
Do you burn more calories if you EBF rather than BF and pumping? I don't know if it makes a difference or not?

I don't think so.. it's the actual milk production that is burning the calories. I always wonder if people that make more milk burn more calories...

I think with both the calorie burn eventually levels off. I'm 4.5 pp and 98% Ebf and have been the same weight for a month

I also heard it is the production of milk that burns calories... I think 500 per day?

I am pretty sure it is all by the amount of milk you make...regardless of EBF, Pumping, or a combo.
I think they say on average about 20 calories an ounce.
So If you make about 30 oz a day, typically 500-600 calories.
