Re: EBAY sellers- question

Did you write anything on your auction?

I always write on my auction that payment is due within X amount of days and if it hasn't been received, I will put it back up for auction.

Send them another message. You need a papertrail.. Did you get a phone number for them?Chat Icon

Like she said, create a papertrail-- follow up with them.

I have a disclaimer I insert in all my auctions--

"Failure to pay within 7 days of winning the auction will result in a dispute being opened, and me relisting the item."

In reality I never opened a dispute, but I have relisted items.

I have 7 days listed on my auctions, but most people pay right away or even b/f I send them the invoice. I have opened a claim today for a non paying bidder. It was 7 days and I had a feeling that they were not going to pay. It does help push things along. Good Luck!

I'd send them a message saying that they must pay by X:00pm on April XX, 2011 or the item will be relisted.

Reiterate that the auction ended on Saturday.
