EBay Help!!!!
My DH was sent to New Orleans to help with the rescue and recovery
He just called me - he is ok - but he wanted me to log into his ebay account because he sold something before he left and he needs me to ship it (I can't believe this is what he is worried about!)
Anyway, I signed in, but what do I do? I see the buyers name, but how do I know where to send it? How do I know how to contact the person?
I see a spot that says "print mailing label", but it sends me to paypal
HELP!!!!

hi what you have to do when you sign in click on the listing then see payment information - it will show you the name and address of the person who paid for the item.
then you can ship it to them.

ok so your signed into his account - click on the my ebay thing - go to the left column and find ALL SELLING and under that SOLD
click on that
next you'll come up with the list of all the stuff he sold click on the one you want it will have the buyers sign in name like hellokitty24 or whatever and under that it will say what it is -- dirty sneaks etc.
click on the what it is bit and it will bring you to the listing he had up
ok under the regular title etc you usually see on a listing is a series of stuff on the left side of the page under the title
Other actions for this item:
You can manage all your items in My eBay and do the following:
Mark the item shipped.
Leave feedback for this item.
View payment details. *****
View PayPal payment for this item.
Contact the buyer, baxterbrut, about this item.
pick view payment details it is the third one i put a bunch of stars next to it ^ see it?
the page has that exact stuff written on it
when you click on the view payment details it will take you to the ebay checkout page
it will give you a bunch of crap on the top of the page - you dont need that - scroll down you'll see in bold type BUYER that will give the persons ebay id and directly under that is SHIPPING also in bold - under that line is the persons actual name and the address where you are suppose to mail the stuff.
see it there?
next to it it says "you should ship to ": ........
it lists the whole thing right there - if you still cant find it fm me and i'll talk you through it or i'll look it up for you.
