Eating at the beach
I would like to take someone to lunch at the beach on June. I am thinking about the restaurant at Captree or the place at Tobay Beach (Singletons?) My guest is disabled and can walk very short distances, but stairs are a problem.
Are either of these places disabled person friendly? Any other recommendations?
TIA!!

It's on the north shore, but the restaurant at Crab Meadow is wonderful and such a pretty location!

The Singletons place at TOBAY... I was there once and i do not recall any stairs, I believe it is handicap friendly!

Tobay is very accessible the seafood restaurant is right on a cement patio right on the beach and the mexican restaurant is up a few steps but there is a ramp that you can walk up. It is also a short walk from the parking lot.

I agree plus there is ample parking for handicap spots right there outside the restaurant as well. It is all flat to go to Singletons as well. Great place, I love going there.

ITA. Love this place! I think it's called La Casa.

Thanks for the input! I think I am leaning toward Tobay. I called Captree yesterday and they have an elevator, but it's the service elevator, so not sure I want to do that.
