Eating..

i ususally dont eat after 8 at night and i wake up around 10. Is that to long to go without eating? do some of u eat in the middle of the night. Im starving when i wake with hunger pains.

Occasionally if I can't sleep I may have a bowl of cereal but don't think you're starving yourself because most of that time is spent sleeping. As long as you get a decent caloric intake during the day there is no need to eat round the clock.

sometimes I felt soo hungry my stomach was goint to eat itself.

I normally don't eat after 8pm when I am not pg, but when I was if i was hungry i would eat some wheat thins with pb, a packet of oatmeal, some fruit. Something to get me through most of the night without waking up starving.
