Ok, here ya go ,, again , i prefer the store bought pie crust , easier for me .. I get the deep dish one. Youll need a top & bottom. but here is the home made version as well,,,
This is my g mas recipe ..,

PIZZA RUSTICA

2 ½ CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
½ CUPS SUGAR
QUARTER TSP SALT
½ TSP BAKING POWDER
10 TBLS UNSALTED BUTTER
4 TBLS MILK
1 EGG

COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS
ADD BUTTER
ADD 1 BEATEN EGG
NEED MIXTURE BY HAND
SHAPE DOUGH
WRAP IN PLASTIC WRAP REFIG ONE HOUR

FILLING
½ LBS WHOLE MILK RICOTTA STAIN OUT LIQUID
½ CUP SUGAR
3 EGGS
QUARTER TSP SALT
½ TSP PEPPER
½ CUP ROMANO CHEESE
½ LB MOZZ CUT AND SLICED
½ cup DRY SAUSAGE CUT AND SLICED
½ CUP PROSCIUTTO

MIX ALL OF ABOVE PLACE IN DOUGH
