Try craft stores like Michael's or Target/Walmart. I was in Pathmark the other day and they had some really cute stuff too!

Pathmark always has cute holiday decorations. The Christmas Tree Store also has a bunch of stuff.

Michaels had a bunch of cute stuff. I got my flag there. My other decorations came from AC Moore a few years ago.

Bed Bath and Beyond - Lenox makes Peeps bunny and chick figurines and tea light holders. OMG SO CUTE!!! They also had a few other Lenox Easter decotaions.
I might go to Peter Andrews to see if they have them there cheaper
