Early teethers
Any advice? My DD didn't cut her first tooth until around 6-7 months so she just took Advil when the pain got really bad. Jack is cutting his first and he isn't even 4 months old yet! Any idea? Tylenol isn't doing anything to help and he is too young for most teething rings

Re: Early teethers
Teething tablets! Orajel is OK after 4 mos but I rarely used it since I tried it and it numbed my whole mouth. On Dr sears website he say motrin has been shown to be safe in babies 2 months and older with dosage info. Washcloth chilled in the fridge-hold it for hm to chew on. Good luck. My son cut his first teeth(2) at the same time around 4 months and it hasn't stopped since-now he's got 2 arriving on top

ITA! Try those Hylands teething tablets. If you actually see the tooth breaking through, then try Tyelnol.

Re: Early teethers
Thank so much both of you! The tooth is breaking the skin and he is in a ton of pain. He can barely eat and this guy loves his food so he is miserable all together. I checked the Dr. Sear's website and the Motin dosing was so easy. Especially since I just have Children's motrin on hand from my DD and they explain by weight how much to give him of that. Hopefully, we will get some rest tonight.
