early riser
My son is still waking up at 5:30 or 6a.m. At 2 years old I CAN"T TAKE IT ANYMORE!! You guys may think i'm nuts, but I just want to sleep past 6 a.m. ONCE! ( I'm sure the moms with really little ones who get up 3 or 4 times a night want to kick me right now for complaining- but we are talking about a 2 year old, not a baby!!) I feel more bad for my husband that actually has to function at work on little sleep. Are we suposed to go to sleep at 9 p.m. just so we can have a decent night sleep and have no "our time" at all?? Any help would be greatly appreciated...I have tried putting him to bed aerlier (I heard sleep brings on more sleep) then I tried a little later, (thats worse) shorter naps.. I'm lost at this point..

Re: early riser
I know exactly how you feel. My son is 22 months and he gets up the same time, plus he wakes up during the night still! I don't know what it's like to sleep past 6:00am!!! I know it's been more than 2 years!
