EA Active anyone?

I did a search but didn't find anything. Just curious to see if anyone else went out an bought it. I did and I love it. I am doing the 30 Day Challenge and after one week I lost 7 lbs. Great workout and much harder work out then the Wii Fit.

Seriously?! 7 lbs? that's awesome! I was contemplating buying this.. I haven't used my Wii Fit in like a month.. I got over it quick!

It is a much more intense workout. I am doing it on the high intensity level and the first few days my legs were killing me.

Re: EA Active anyone?

Do you use the fit balance board with it?

Is it circuit training?

The thing I hate about the Wii Fit is after you finish a workout, you have to go back to the main page to pick something else.. I want something that flows for me.. I'd like it much better if I could customize a work-out and run through it without stopping...

There are some exercises that you can use the Wii Board. It is like interval training, cardio and weights together and it is one flow of exercises...one after the other. The game creates for you so each work out is about 40-45 minutes. I like that better then the Fit too because you don't have to select each thing. It is done for you.

I am doing the 30 day challenge on moderate and after starting last week, had trouble walking this past weekend! I think it's regulating now, and I think it's a lot of fun..I like the inline skating and it is much more intense than Wii Fit, for sure..I weigh in tomorrow...we should keep eachother going on the challenge..my only issue is..I'm going away this weekend...I think we are taking the Wii, actually..but...what if we don't? What happens to the challenge?
